InfiniBand QDR Electrical Performance Test Report
The following test report is on the performance of Siemon QSFP+ cable assemblies for InfiniBand™ applications.
This report provides the frequency response performance characteristics of various Siemon QSFP+ cable assemblies. The results include insertion loss, return loss and crosstalk. The insertion loss and return loss are compared to the InfiniBand specifications.
Siemon has a complete line of QSFP+ passive copper cable assemblies developed for high-density applications, offering a cost-effective, low-power option for high-speed data center interconnects. The assemblies support emerging 40Gb/s applications as well as IB DDR and QDR and are available in standard and custom lengths. These cable assemblies meet the InfiniBand DDR and QDR specifications and are compliant with IEEE Draft P802.3ba/D3.2 for 40GBASE-CR4. They feature very low crosstalk, both near and far-end.
